All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, data loss, or interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
